Cynthia spends her downtime with her beloved Yorkshire Terriers or boating in the back waters of Orange Beach. She vacations in Costa Rica at least once a year, building on her surfing skills.

Kevin began his real estate journey following a 14-year career in automotive manufacturing at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama in Montgomery. When he answered a calling to do something more, he began working for a family-owned brokerage in Prattville and traveling to various state Boards of Realtors® to gain new perspectives on the business in different locations. Settling on the Alabama Gulf Coast with his wife, Kevin now serves a multitude of clients well through his calm demeanor and high attention to detail. He conducts each transaction with the utmost care and precision, and enjoys working with Cynthia as part of the Hughes and Urquhart team. He specializes in both residential and commercial real estate listing and sales.
